Todays challenge over at 365 Cards is to make a birthday card but stick to the primary colors. I love this challenge so I wanted to participate! Here's my card:
I love stamping on this Linen Vellum from Papertrey Ink. It creates such a nice texture with ink!
I popped up each balloon on its own colored embossed circle and added some black twine for the strings. I also scored between each hand stamped panel to add some dimension.
