I used up some CutCardStock.com products for my card today. Here is their basic black card stock, stamped using some Hero Arts white ink. I LOVE this stamp (also by Hero Arts)
Isn't it striking with white on black? Mmmm, my favourite.. I chose some flowers by Jane's Doodles. I love these flowers too. In fact, I'm new to Jane's Doodles stamps, but I really like what she has there! You should check it out.
CutCardStock.com has a plethora of envelopes you can buy and I just happen to have some to work with. I chose these gorgeous black ones to make up a matching envie with my card. Mostly because I can not help but stamp this gorgeous image over and over again. Can you blame me?
I made up a little die cut tag using the same flower image but a different sentiment (Avery Elle). I added some sweet, heart enamel dots for a finishing touch. The envelope is kind of a nice thing to add to a present or even to get in the mail! I think you could easily add the address to a sticker on the back and mail away.
You can check out the specials going on right now over at CutCardStock.com. They always have something to catch your eye. And I hope you enjoy your World Card Making Day!
Tell me, are you making a card today? This is the first year I have actually remembered the day and participated in some card making magic. And I am glad I can. I hope you can too!
Thanks for stopping in today. I will be over at CutCardStock.com for a post next week as well as a here for a personal post featuring more Sweet Stamp Shop love, so be sure to stop in again next week!
Until then... just keep on stamping.
xoxo
