Hey there, Happy Monday to ya! Today is the second day of Shortcuts week over at 365 Cards! I am excited to get started and have a weeks worth of fun things to show you. Today's challenge is to create a window using plastic. I used this super thick acrylic sheet they have over at Shortcuts. Its SO great to work with. I really do love it. Here is today's card:
This card was a bit of a challenge to make after having some days off. It definitely doesn't pay to take a break. There is more frustration and less fun. Plus the outcome is always a bit, shall we say... curious. I really like how this one turned out in the end considering how it started and how long it took me! I am glad to get my creative juices flowing again this week after my "hiatus" (if you can call it that). I will see you back here tomorrow for something else fun to share with you from Shortcuts. Head on over to their site and check it out. And hey, have a glorious monday will ya!

ReplyDeleteI love this! I have to try a shaker one of these days!
ReplyDeleteThis is super fun! What a great idea! You did a fabbie job! It is frustrating to have things not turn out the way see them in your mind's eye! I was making a card on Saturday night and tore it apart about 6 times and I am still NOT happy with it. LOL But we are our own worst critics.
