Oh what fun yesterday was with all the girly-ness 'in the house'! Today we are switching it up. The challenge at 365 Cards is to make a boy's birthday card. Tammy is showcasing another Cosmo Cricket paper pack so be sure to stop by her blog and check it out! I think I forgot to add in Gloria's link yesterday, so if you didn't get a chance to see what she made yesterday (so cute and girly) stop by her blog too to say hi. Ok, for today I pulled out another Cosmo Cricket pack I have in my stash; Cogsmo.
Here is my card:
All of it is from the Cogsmo paper pack except the rocket stamp (by Pink Paislee) which I paper pieced onto CC paper and the 'happy birthday' sentiment which is Papertrey Ink. I love making cards with these packs, they honestly come together SO fast, which is great when you still have a bazillion other things you need to do before bedtime! Here is a close up:I picked up some Gelly Roll pens today with a 50% off coupon. So I drew on the rocket a bit to give it some interest. It was boring me a bit ; ) AND I picked up this cute circle/bubble line punch too. It's REALLY fun to play with cause it leaves all these little circles all over your desk! I am pretty sure the kids and I will love playing with it and mr. husb will hate the mess it leaves all over the floor ; )
ok, so that's all for today (I think...) I plan to show you an ALL Mr. Campy card tomorrow with a fun challenge so be sure to check back! The card I made to show you is still drying... you will see why tomorrow ; ) I hope it's done by then!
Thanks for stopping by and for leaving me love! Have a great day!
